 Shipping Policy

• Our default courier partner is Tag Express.  
  

• Orders for Metro Manila delivery usually take 1-2 working days to arrive.  For provincial orders, delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.  Please expect delays during GCQ.
• Orders are picked up  from Monday to Friday only. There are no pick ups and deliveries on weekends and holidays.

Returns Policy

• For products with defects, Chubby Cheeks Baby will shoulder the return shipping fee.  All we ask is that the product be sent back, unused, in its original packaging.  Our courier will pick up the items from the address indicated.  A full refund, together with the return shipping fee, will be issued back to you.
