Items may be returned within 10 days from date of sale.
For products with factory defects, Chubby Cheeks Baby will shoulder the return shipping fee. All we ask is that the product be sent back, unused, in its original packaging. Our courier will pick up the items from the address indicated. A full refund, together with the return shipping fee, will be issued back to you.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may still return the items at your own expense. Please return the item in its original packaging and in the original condition you received it. A refund will be issued back to you.
